 1. Digital Product Policy At Repair Planet, we specialize in providing digital content, including workshop manuals and e-books. Due to the nature of these digital goods, all sales are considered final. Once a download link has been provided or the file has been accessed, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

2. Refund Eligibility While digital products are generally non-refundable, we value our customers' satisfaction. A refund may be granted exclusively in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Failure: The digital product was not delivered to your email or account due to a verified technical error on our end.

  • Corrupted Files: The provided file is corrupted or unreadable. In this case, our support team must first be given the opportunity to provide a working replacement or fix the issue.

If you encounter any of the above issues, please notify us at contact@repair-planet.com within 14 days of your purchase.

3. Cancellation & Exchanges Since our products are available for immediate download, we cannot process cancellations or exchanges once the order is completed and the file has been delivered. If you have purchased the wrong manual by mistake, please contact us before downloading the file, and we will do our best to assist you with an exchange.

4. European Union Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. However, for digital content, this right expires the moment you begin downloading the file or access the digital content, provided you have consented to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal.

5. Processing Refunds If a refund is approved by our team, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
